Be strict to combat bullying culture, say experts

PETALING JAYA: Bullying is an age-old problem and bullies will often repeat their behaviour if they can get away with it, say mental health experts.

Health Association president and consultant psychiatrist Datuk Dr Andrew Mohanraj said unreported cases and undermining the situation contributes to the problem.
