PORT DICKSON: Seven individuals who were captured in two video clips allegedly committing traffic offences while riding their high powered motorcycles were charged separately at the Magistrate's court here.
In the first case, businessman Ezy Effandy Mohd Harif, 46, and insurance agent Mohammad Zaini Mohamed, 50, were charged under Section 48 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for endangering the safety and causing inconvenience to other road users.
