Jan 24 fixed for case management of Najib’s appeal

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has fixed Jan 24 for case management in the appeal filed by Datuk Seri Najib Razak in the RM42mil SRC International Sdn Bhd case.

Deputy public prosecutor Mohd Ashrof Adrin Kamarul told reporters that the date was fixed by Federal Court deputy registrar Siti Hajar Mustaffa in online proceedings via Zoom yesterday.
