SRC International case: Federal Court fixes Jan 24 for case management over Najib’s appeal

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court has fixed Jan 24 for case management in the appeal filed by Datuk Seri Najib Razak over the RM42mil SRC International Sdn Bhd case.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Ashrof Adrin Kamarul told the press the date was fixed by Federal Court deputy registrar Siti Hajar Mustaffa in an online proceedings via Zoom on Friday (Jan 7).
