PORT DICKSON: A businessman was charged at a Magistrate’s Court here with abetting four others in the murder of a 39-year-old technician. No plea was recorded from Datuk R. Ravi, 53, after the charge was read to him before magistrate V. Vanita.
He was charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code read together with Section 109 of the same legislation which provides the death penalty upon conviction.
