Floods: Tabung Haji allocates RM1.6mil to help victims


KUALA LUMPUR: Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH) has allocated a total of RM1.6mil in contributions to help those affected by the floods nationwide, says TH Group chief executive officer Datuk Sri Amrin Awaluddin.

He said in a statement that TH provided financial assistance, as well as food and cleaning services voluntarily to Malaysians affected by the floods, and the aid would be distributed directly or through strategic partners and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
