PETALING JAYA: A Quran learning centre in Rembau, Negri Sembilan suffered devastating losses after being almost submerged in floodwaters.
Mohd Sofee Mustafa, who set up the Geng Ngaji centre in Kampung Astana Raja, described the flood in the area as the most devastating in decades. Also destroyed were his tilapia pond, workshop and chicken pens.
