PORT DICKSON: Two men have been jointly charged with the kidnapping and murder of a 39-year-old technician at the Magistrate's Court here on Tuesday (Nov 23).
No plea was recorded from M. Murugan, 44, and Wong Yon Kuan, 43, after the charge was read to them before Magistrate V. Vanita.
