Covid-19: Infectivity rate rising, increase in workplace and education clusters reported, says Health DG


PETALING JAYA: While main indicators such as average active cases, deaths and intensive care unit (ICU) cases are on a downward trend, national Covid-19 infectivity rate (Rt) has been rising, says the Health Ministry.

Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the 45th epidemiological week from Nov 7-13 also recorded a rising trend of workplace and education clusters, after recording a decline in the weeks before.
