KOTA KINABALU: Rescuers, including firemen, took about half an hour persuading a man who had climbed up a transmission tower in Sandakan to come down at around noon on Thursday (Nov 11).
It was unclear why the 28-year-old had wanted to climb up the tower, but rescuers suspect he had attempted to commit suicide.
