Boy stabbed by elderly neighbour with history of mental issues

KUALA LUMPUR: A four-year-old boy was stabbed by an elderly man while playing in a playground.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya said that the incident occurred along Jalan Loke Yew on Sunday (Oct 31).
