PETALING JAYA: Schools across the Klang Valley are set to reopen with more students returning starting tomorrow (Nov 1).

Selangor, Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur make up the Klang Valley, making their students the largest number of schoolchildren returning to schools under Phase Four of the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
