Dr Wee dons full BN attire to attend launch of party machinery for Melaka elections

PETALING JAYA: Even undergoing a home quarantine order could not dim the spirits of Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, as he virtually attended the launch of the Barisan Nasional machinery for the Melaka state elections.

In a post on his official Facebook page, the MCA chairman said he was still in high spirits to don the Barisan Nasional colours.

"Despite having to undergo quarantine at home and not being able to physically attend the Barisan Nasional Machinery Launching Ceremony for the Melaka State Election, which is taking place at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur, I am still eager to wear the uniform to participate in the ceremony virtually.

"Hopefully, Barisan Nasional’s efforts will get the support of all levels of the society in Melaka," he said in his post on Wednesday (Oct 27) night.

Dr Wee is currently undergoing home quarantine after returning from the United Kingdom.
