IPOH: Those who want to come to Perak must be fully vaccinated or risk getting slapped with a compound notice, says state police chief Comm Datuk Mior Faridalathrash Wahid.
He said police would beef up enforcement activities as many Malaysians were expected to visit the state this weekend.
