Rent collector, tied up by villagers after fighting with man, dies in Perlis


KANGAR (Bernama): A man was found dead with his hands bound after he was tied up by villagers after getting into a fight at Kampung Guar Sabun in Batu Pahat near here.

Kangar district police chief Supt Wari Kiew said in the 8.30pm incident on Friday (Oct 8), the body of Kamarul Izahar Mat Nanyan, 49, was found near the fence of a house with a small wound on his forehead.
