Having too many Malay-based political parties will split the community, says Mahdzir Khalid

PETALING JAYA: Having too many Malay-based political parties will divide the community, says Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid (pic), adding that his party is sufficient to represent them.

"Umno is enough. If we have more, we will be split into factions," said Mahadzir, who is also Rural Development Minister, said on Saturday (Oct 9).
