Johor cops arrest duo for 'sailing under the influence'

MERSING: Two men arrested by the police for operating a boat in a reckless manner have tested positive for drugs.

Mersing OCPD Supt Cyril Edward Nuing said the boat skipper and helper were spotted in the boat with five passengers near Pulau Rawa here at around 10am on Thursday (Oct 6).
