Action to be taken against errant online merchants


ABOUT 9,000 complaints on online transactions have been lodged by consumers as of September this year, says Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi.

He added that stern action will be taken against online merchants who are found to have violated any existing laws.
