PETALING JAYA: Businesses and employers are hoping for the reopening of more economic sectors but are also cautious about the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the country.

SME Association of Malaysia president Datuk Michael Kang (pic) said that reopening the economy would be a step in the right direction, in line with the increasing vaccination rate.“Businesses should be allowed to operate based on the vaccination rate in each company. There is a need to protect the health of staff.
