ACP Mohd Zaidi said that in the June 1 incident, police issued the woman a summons for expired road tax and insurance on her vehicle.

"However, the woman caused a stir and uttered words of a threat in nature.

"She said 'Kau siapa mahu saman saya? Nasib kau lelaki, kalau perempuan saya kasi telanjang kau dan rungkup kau’ (Who are you to summon me? Lucky you are a man, if you were a woman, I will strip you and pounce on you)," ACP Mohd Zaidi said.

He said the statements of a police officer and seven police constables and Rela personnel have been recorded.

He said the probe is being conducted under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.

"Our investigation is 80% complete and the woman has also given her cooperation since she was detained," he said, adding that a two-day remand order on the woman had been obtained.

According to ACP Mohd Zaidi, police will hand the investigation papers to the deputy public prosecutor for further action once the probe is completed.
