Nur Sajat sought as witness in fraud case


KUALA LUMPUR: Police want cosmetics entrepreneur Muhammad Sajjad Kamaruzzaman, better known as Nur Sajat, to come forward in connection with a fraud investigation involving MyKad details.

She is required to attend proceedings at Ampang Jaya Court on July 14.

"The case is being investigated by Ampang Jaya Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) under Section 420 of the Penal Code," police said in a statement on Monday (June 14).

According to the statement, Nur Sajat is being sought as a witness in the case.

Ampang Jaya police urged those with information on the witness to contact investigating officer Insp Syafrina Nadzleen Ibrahim at 019-269 2954.
