More than 100,000 vaccinated daily now


PETALING JAYA: Vaccination rates are steadily rising as the government administers over 100,000 doses daily.

On Thursday, a total of 117,563 vaccine doses were administered nationwide, according to the data published by the Special Committee on Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee.



Out of that number, 109,827 were first doses while the remaining were second doses.

Cumulatively, there had been a total of 3,330,436 doses given as of Thursday.

Out of that number, 2,208,016 doses were first doses while another 1,122,420 were second doses.

The average number of vaccines administered in the seven days before Thursday was 86,834 doses.
