Jogging, non-contact sports allowed with physical distancing from 7am to 8pm, says Ismail Sabri


PETALING JAYA: Individual and non-contact sports, and recreational activities are allowed to resume in open areas from 7am to 8pm, but are restricted to only jogging and exercises that will need to adhere to a physical distancing of two to three metres, says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

"The activities can be performed in the neighbourhood but are subjected to the movement control order that is currently in force," he said.
