Covid-19: ICU wards in Penang are full, says CM

GEORGE TOWN: The intensive care units (ICU) of Penang hospitals treating critical Covid-19 patients has hit full capacity, says Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow (pic).

He said that apart from stretching the ICU, the increasing number of cases in the state has also caused 70% of the hospital beds for Covid-19 cases to be occupied.
