LOCAL all-girl group Dolla was delighted when its Hari Raya music video logged six million views within a week of release, reported Harian Metro.
“The song is about how we as a team of four is preparing for the Raya celebration, ” said Syasya, one of the members, adding that the song was their gift to their fans.
The music video of the song titled Raya Raya Raya was released on April 30.
“We hope it will bring sweet memories of celebrating the festival. Although we are in the midst of fighting the pandemic, we hope everyone can enjoy Hari Raya with a grateful heart, ” said the group.
The group also said they were surprised to be given the opportunity to record their own Raya song and have it released in time for this year’s celebration.
“We were delighted when we found out we were recording the song because we are still new to the entertainment industry, ” they added.
The group consists of four members popularly known as Sabronzo, Syasya, Tabby and Angel.
They debuted with the song titled Dolla Make You Wanna in March last year.

Nicol officially retired in 2019.
Currently, she is working through her foundation to enable young girls to take up a sport as a tool to help them realise their full potential.
