KOTA KINABALU: The number of Covid-19 cases in Sabah’s south-east Tawau district is rising with its three quarantine centres nearly reaching full capacity.
State Assistant Finance Minister and Apas assemblyman Daruk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan voiced his concern over the public apathy that was being blamed for the surge in cases in the district.
