KUALA LUMPUR: With retailers still recovering from the various movement control orders implemented since March last year, many mall managements are extending assistance in terms of reduced rentals and even rental waivers to tenants.

Malaysia Shopping Malls Association president Tan Sri Teo Chiang Kok said mall operators and tenants were business partners and both sides needed to help and support each other.
