Chef: Time to save and promote our heritage foods


KUALA LUMPUR: The Covid-19 pandemic did not deter chef Azli Ahmad, it convinced him to start preserving the nation’s traditional foods.

The 42-year-old said he was inspired during the movement control order first imposed in March last year.
