Bersatu urges EC to speed up Undi18 implementation


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) has urged the Election Commission (EC) to speed up implementation of the Constitution (Amendment) Bill 2019 on lowering the age of voting to 18 years old.

Bersatu secretary-general Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin said the move was necessary to recognise the role and involvement of youth in politics.
