More than 4,000 m-cyclists summoned for modified exhausts in just three weeks, says IGP

KUALA LUMPUR: In less than a month, more than 4,000 motorcyclists have been issued summonses for exhaust modifications.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador said police issued a total of 4,087 summonses for the offence during 15 operations this month.
