‘Cartels’ within cops: IGP says he knows who they are but won’t reveal names


KUALA LUMPUR: The Inspector-General of Police says he will not divulge the names of officers involved in the cartel said to be plotting to tarnish his image.

Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador (pic) said he had the issue under control, which was why he would not divulge the names of those involved.
