THE Perak DAP election is about whether or not the delegates want to ubah (change) the state chairman's leadership style.
On Sunday (March 14), 2,135 delegates from 309 branches will decide the composition of the 15-member state committee. The state committee will then vote who among them will hold posts such as chairman and secretary.
