Cops investigating woman's murder in Taman Bangi

KAJANG: Police here are investigating the murder of a woman who was found dead in a house at Taman Bangi with marks on her neck.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zaid Hassan said her body was found at around 9am on Monday (March 8).

He said in a statement that the investigation showed the woman worked for a non-governmental organisation.

He added that the police report was made by one of her colleagues.

"The victim is aged in her 30s and is believed to have died 24 hours before being discovered," he said.

Those with information on the case are urged to contact investigating officer ASP Ismail Ahmad at 019-230 6107 or the nearest police station," he said.
