PETALING JAYA: Star Media Group Bhd (SMG) announced that independent non-executive chairman Datuk Fu Ah Kiow (pic) has resigned as director and chairman of the board.
In a statement, SMG said the resignation of Fu takes effect from March 1,2021 and that the board would make the necessary effort to identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy as soon as possible.
