KUALA LUMPUR: Anyone who fails to furnish their identification documents when checked by the police can be arrested without a warrant, says Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani (pic).
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said the law is clear under the National Registration Act 1959 and the National Registration Regulations (PPPN) 1990.
