SIBU: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg has expressed concern over increasing numbers of Covid-19 cases in rural areas, which could be "devastating" if the situation worsens.
Speaking at a briefing on the Covid-19 situation in Sibu on Saturday (Jan 30), he called on all divisional disaster management committees to quickly find ways to stop the disease from spreading to more rural areas.
