PETALING JAYA: Police have arrested a Datuk and another individual who were seen slapping a woman and an unidentified man in a viral video.

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ezanee Mohd Faisal confirmed this when contacted on Thursday (Jan 14).
