KUALA LUMPUR: A former senior assistant secretary to a ministry was charged at the Sessions Court here over three counts of soliciting and receiving bribes involving a contract for the supply and delivery of biofertilisers to companies.
Shahrulzaman Jaafar, 43, who is now a director at the National Institute of Public Administration (Intan) southern campus, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday (Jan 12) after the charges were read out before Judge Azura Alwi.
