RAUB: An elderly woman and her daughter had to cling to a mangosteen tree for over 18 hours after their house near Sungai Kerak in Kuala Gali was submerged by floodwater.
Recalling their ordeal, Razmah Sarip (pic) said the floods rose rapidly, causing a part of the home to collapse on Sunday.
