TNB: 6,200 users in Pahang, Johor facing power cuts as 91 substations shut due to floods


PETALING JAYA: At least 6,200 users in Pahang and Johor are experiencing electricity disruptions after 91 electrical substations were temporarily shut down due to floods following prolonged rainfall.

In a statement Sunday (Jan 3), Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) said 67 substations in Jengka, Maran, Jerantut and Raub in Pahang as well as 24 in Johor Baru, Kulai, Johor Jaya, Kota Tinggi and Kluang in Johor were shut down as at 6pm Sunday.
