JOHOR BARU: With so much uncertainty as to when the border with Singapore will reopen and with constant viral videos of problems affecting Malaysian workers there, Johor MIC has decided to set up a special bureau to assist them.
State MIC chief R. Vidyananthan said the bureau would help look into problems faced by workers in Singapore, especially those who need to return to attend a funeral, carry out swab tests and get the results, quarantine payments and requirements, and other matters in relation to border movement.
