Tekun channelled RM511.5mil worth of financing to almost 50k entrepreneurs

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Entrepreneur Group Economic Fund (Tekun Nasional) has allocated a total of RM511.5mil worth of business financing to assist almost 50,000 entrepreneurs nationwide as at September this year, the Dewan Rakyat was told.

Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said Tekun Nasional had via existing financing programmes helped entrepreneurs cope with the economic fallout of the Covid-19 pandemic.
