Odour pollution detected at Sg Kundang, but no water cuts expected


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Lembaga Urus Air Selangor (LUAS) and Air Selangor detected odour pollution measuring about four TON (threshold odour number) in Sungai Kundang at midnight on Friday (Nov 13).

The odour pollution is believed to be overflow from a pond near the Indah Water Consortium (IWK) sewage treatment plant in Taman Velox, Rawang.
