PETALING JAYA: The method of colour-coding zones according to their Covid-19 risk helps the authorities to take proactive measures against the pandemic, says the Health Ministry.
Its director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah however said that the ministry also looked at other factors when determining whether an area is high-risk, rather than relying solely on the colour codes.
