‘Women’s issues will remain a priority’

GEORGE TOWN: Women’s issues and agenda including gender inclusiveness will continue to be a priority in Penang, says Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

Although the portfolio of gender inclusiveness was rebranded as social development during the recent state exco portfolio reshuffle, it did not mean the state would sideline women’s rights, he said.
