Judge’s interim order hits a snag in UK court


KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian High Court order to restrain any dealings of monies amounting to over US$340mil belonging to PetroSaudi International Ltd (PSI) and its subsidiary has met with some problems in the United Kingdom.

Deputy public prosecutor Muhammad Izzat Fauzan informed High Court judge Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali that there was difficulty to register the judge’s interim order in the UK court.
