KOTA TINGGI: Seven restaurants by a beach in Kuala Sedili here have been ordered to close and were fined RM1,000 each for breaching the Covid-19 pandemic standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The fines were handed out during a joint operation with the Health Ministry at the Jason Bay beach here between 5pm and 7pm on Saturday (Aug 22), said Kota Tinggi OCPD Supt Hussin Zamora.
