Court allows PetroSaudi access to over US$1.3mil


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has allowed an application by PetroSaudi Oil Services (Venezuela) Ltd (PSOS-VZ) to access US$1.357mil (RM5.66mil) out of US$340.26mil (RM1.42bil) in its application to amend an interim order that prohibited it from moving the millions to other entities.

The funds are currently in an escrow account held by law firm Clyde & Co LLP in the United Kingdom.
