JOHOR BARU: While many Malaysians in Singapore are looking forward to return under the Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA) and the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) schemes starting today, some are still confused with the standard operating procedure (SOP).
They also claimed they were facing difficulties in getting through to the various government agencies.
