KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah government under Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal is intact, claims Datuk Christina Liew (pic).
"Shafie is still Chief Minister and he has the numbers to continue ruling," said the Deputy Chief Minister and Sabah PKR chairman.
She told reporters this following her meeting with Shafie and other coalition partners Sabah DAP and Upko after at least a dozen assemblymen cross the floor to support former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman who is making a comeback bid.
Among the assemblymen was Sabah PKR vice-chairman Kenny Chua who over after denying that claims that he was about to do so.
Liew said that Chua should do the honourable thing and resign from the party.
Shafie, who came out to greet supporters, told reporters he will talk to the media at his office in the state administrative centre on Thursday (July 30).
Asked if he met the Yang DiPertua Negeri on Wednesday (July 29) evening, he said he would answer tomorrow (Thursday).
